BFS assists community banks in developing financial products including development, marketing and promotional serves. The Indexed Certificate of Deposit program is the first product and service that is being brought to community banks. This product will allow community banks to offer a certificate of deposit that is linked to one of the most well known market indexes, the Dow Jones Industrial AverageSM. Bank customers will now have an opportunity to participate in an equity-based certificate of deposit that carries FDIC Insurance and is protected by the safety of their community bank.
